We pay much attention to the growth process of the plants. From potting up until the plants leave Moerings and go to our customers. Because Moerings keeps growing we are looking for extra hands who feel involved with the company and have a flexible attitude. During the season (March, April, May) it is busier therefore it is important not to have a 9-5 mentality.
